Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings or any deposited funds. Every withdrawal request is manually reviewed and, once approved, is processed automatically.
Zetbeen does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your first withdrawal may take up to an additional 24 hours for identity verification purposes.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 must be wagered.

Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using false identities, or displaying abnormal betting patterns will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
Bets placed in Zetbeen's Sports Betting section are governed by the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the cash out feature.
In live or in-play betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds displayed when you place a bet may shift before confirmation — in that case, you will either be given the option to accept the new odds or the bet will be automatically cancelled.
The Cash Out feature is available on selected matches and markets. The value offered for a Cash Out is set by Zetbeen and may vary with market conditions. Cash Out requests are not always guaranteed — for example, if odds change too rapidly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zetbeen platform. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately.
Consequence: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Zetbeen may also suspend or close accounts that are inactive or show unusual activity.
An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — however, it will only be deducted until the balance reaches zero. Logging back in will reactivate the account.
If you feel you are losing control of your gambling, use the Self-Exclusion feature. Your account will be fully deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
